Take two: when the first take did not go to plan

In a studio, nobody panics after a bad first take. You name what went wrong and roll again. Pick the cue that matches your evening.

Cue A

Changed our minds

The cube is fine, the color is fine, it is just not what the house needed.

  1. Open the order page at the partner store you bought from and choose the return option for the item.
  2. Put the cube, every microphone and the cable back in the gift box.
  3. Follow the store’s return instructions and window. The refund is issued by the store on its own schedule.
Cue B

Arrived damaged

The parcel took a hit and the cube or a microphone shows it.

  1. Photograph the box and the damage before throwing anything away.
  2. Report it from the order page at the partner store and ask for a replacement or refund under the store’s policy.
  3. Keep all packaging until the store closes the claim.
Cue C

Stopped working

It sang on Tuesday and sulks on Friday.

  1. Charge the cube fully, switch it off and on, then switch the mics on one at a time.
  2. Still silent? Write to [email protected] with the color and what the lights do; most cases are solved by email.
  3. If the gear is at fault, the store’s order page is where the warranty claim is filed.
Cue D

Wrong set in the box

You ordered lavender with four mics and opened something else.

  1. Do not unseal the microphones if you can help it.
  2. Report the mix-up on the store’s order page and ask for an exchange under the store’s wrong-item rules.
  3. The store arranges the swap and tells you how to send the first parcel back.
