Load-in: how the gear travels to your door
Every tour has a load-in schedule pinned to the wall. Ours has five calls. The store crew runs the road; our crew handles the gear at both ends.
- Call 1Store crewDoors open
You press a buy button here and land on the product page at our partner store. Price, tax and payment are all handled at the store’s checkout, and the delivery estimate you see there is the one to plan around.
- Call 2IROO crewGear packed
Before any cube leaves, it is boxed with its microphones, USB cables and the user manual inside its gift box. The box is designed to survive a parcel van and then live on a shelf.
- Call 3Store crewOn the road
The store hands the parcel to its carrier. Tracking appears on your order page in your store account, and that page, not this site, is where the parcel’s location lives.
- Call 4Store crewArrival
Delivery options, regions and any signature rules are the store’s and are shown before you pay. If a parcel is late or lost, the store’s order page is where to report it.
- Call 5IROO crewSoundcheck
Charge the cube fully, switch it on, then the mics. If anything refuses to pair, write to [email protected] with the color of the set and we will walk you through it.
The rider
- Lead time
Order with a few days to spare before a birthday or holiday. Once the parcel is with the carrier, nobody can hurry it.
- Gift wrapping
Charge first, wrap second. A cube that starts singing the moment the paper comes off is the whole point.
- Two addresses
Sending to grandparents? Set the delivery address at the store’s checkout; the gift box carries no price.
- Spares
Two USB cables come in the box, one per microphone set. The store listing’s contents line shows exactly what ships with each set.
